Kewl Tours Payment Information
We accept, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks and money orders. If you are sending a check, please call our office and reserve your tour. (Our online system does not register that you are paying by check.) There is a $3.00 processing fee for all credit card orders, per transaction, not per trip. If you are using vouchers, please call our office as well when ordering. (Our online system does not register the vouchers that we give to our Travel Show customers.) If you are a Kewl Travelers Club Member, YOU MUST CALL our office to schedule a trip as your member benefits will not be applied online and adjustments cannot be made as your credit card has already been billed.

We are currently accepting payment plans for our Multi-Day Tours and below are the details for the payment plans.
When choosing one of our NO FINANCE CHARGE payment plans, please go to our home page and click on the link for a Payment Plan Agreement Form. Complete this form and return it to us. Once it is received, a signed copy will be returned to you. If you choose to have your monthly payment directly debited from your Visa, Mastercard or Discover card, please also click fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form. This will allow us to directly charge your credit card for your monthly payment. You may choose to have your payment withdrawn on the 1st or 15th of each month. We will not charge your credit card until the following day. If your payment date falls on a weekend- Saturday, Sunday (or a Holiday) your payment will not be deducted until the following Monday (or day after the holiday). Our payment plans are customized based on when you place your original reservation and must be paid in full 30 days before departure.
ALL payment plans must have a signed agreement on file with Kewl Tours. Please note that we are NOT charging FINANCE CHARGES however, if your payment is declined by your credit card, there will be a $15 charge added to your balance that must be paid in full prior to departure. To guarantee your seats when choosing a payment plan, please choose "Deposit with Insurance" or "Deposit without Insurance" as your payment option when reserving online. Once that deposit has been made, please forward your payment plan agreement and credit card authorization to our offices. Your next payment will be due the following month. You will receive confirmation from us within 14 days of receiving your agreement. If you have any questions, please call our offices at 301-898-8628.
Insurance Coverage for Multi-Day Tours w/Payment Plans:
Please note: When ordering insurance, YOU MUST PAY your deposit online, fill in the travel guard insurance form, payment plan agreement form, and credit card authorization form. Once you fill them out, you must mail them to us immediately. When we receive your information, we will bill your credit card for the insurance premium and put you on a payment plan according to your choice. (The insurance company requires us to bill you in full for the insurance no later than 14 days after sign up of the trip.) Insurance rates are based on the tour cost per person.
