1. Trip itinerary must be an exact match using a similar type of vehicle.

2. You must provide us with a copy of the competitor’s written quotation or confirmation.
 
3. Competitive Pricing Guarantee is subject to equipment availability by Kewl Tours & Charters at the origin of the trip.

4. Price considered will be the total price (including minimum requirements, fees, tolls, driver relief charges and any other charges that will apply.)

5. Kewl Tours & Charters reserves the right to not offer a Competitive Price guarantee in any given situation.

6. Our competitors must be actual motorcoach companies that own coaches and offer the same services that have acceptable safety ratings and required levels of insurance.

7. The service must be within the Kewl Tours & Charters service area.
