Dear Friends,
We would like to personally thank our coach driver AJ and the rest of the KEWL staff who contributed to making our trip to the Mack Customer Reception Center & Museum in Allentown, PA, on April 10th, such an enjoyable outing.
The unexpected stop at Roadside America was certainly a surprise and a lot of our memeber stated that they have passed this location many times but never stopped. A lot of our members are mechanically inclined and/or engineers and they marveled at the detail that went into this exhibit. This was basically a "guy trip", however even our spouses enjoyed the layout.
Special thanks to Dave for suggesting the stop on the way back at Cabela's. It was a hit with everyone.

Took a trip with Kewl Tours to Nashville for the CMA festival. The bus was clean and comfortable. They made enough stops for stretching and bathroom use. The Drivers were great. This tour included hotel accomodations and tickets. It was all taken care of quickly and efficiently. I never had to lift a finger. Our room keys and passes were handed out before we left the bus. Just great service all the way around. I would use them again for any type of bus trip.

I have been so long getting a note to you. Thanks so much for showing all of us a great time in Myrtle Beach, SC and the driver, LORENE was great! I don't believe I would have enjoyed it as much if I didn't take my friend. Love and Peace!

I wanted to thank you for the great bus trip to NYC on October 19. I want to mainly compliment your bus driver AJ. I've ridden on many buses for years and was even a tour guide and I recognized and appreciated his professionalism. He's not only an excellent driver but he was always on time and was very considerate and informative. AJ gave us a hand getting off the bus at every stop and most importantly he waited until my car was running and ready to move when he dropped me at the Park and Ride at midnight. Sincerely,

With less than 45 minutes notice, one of your impeccable buses and courteous drivers arrived at the FSK Mall to pick up the pieces of a disintegrating trip to the Kennedy Center.

My name is Stephanie Tucker, I am 20 years old, and a Sophomore at High Point University, in North Carolina. I am from Walkersville, MD and I am majoring in Elementary Education.
At High Point University, I am the Treasurer and an active member of the High Point University Equestrian Team, and a Peer Educator/Mentor. I am currently enrolled for the Five Year Master's Degree at High Point University, and I plan to become a Third Grade Teacher at a school back in Maryland after I graduate.

I directed a Freedom School this summer and our final trip was to Hershey Park, PA on last Friday. Kewl Tours did a marvelous job, and we enjoyed the trip. I have had nightmare experiences with bus companies, so it was great to experience Kewl Tours. Our Freedom School serves children ages 5-18 and our college Interns. All enjoyed the buses and commented how pretty and clean they were. However, what really impressed my group (which included parents) is that each driver stopped to pray before we departed. We were going to pray before our departure, but the drivers did it. I was not expecting that.
Additionally, I appreciated how, Ray, our driver explained that the more the bathroom was used the stronger the smell would be. He explained that the smell would not be from us using the bathroom, but from the chemicals each time the toilette is flushed. I never knew that bit of information. Since it would be an all day trip, we were able to take coolers of juices and water and bags of snacks with us. When it was time for us to depart Hershey Park, 4 families were 45 minutes late coming back to the bus. Ray and Paul (the other driver) were so patient. They insisted on counting to make certain that everyone had returned to the bus before we left. I would highly recommend Kewl Tours and I think that your children will have a safe and pleasurable experience with them. While I do not know if you will need a 56 passenger bus, I would think that any bus in the Kewl Tours fleet would be clean and comfortable for your children. The buses we used have the capacity to play DVDs, so I would recommend that you take DVDs for the children to watch, even if it's a short trip. Have fun with your students, and again I would recommend Kewl Tours, even for your special population. The drivers will be very attentive and will treat them with great respect.

Hello ~ I just wanted to comment about the trip we took. I work for State Farm Insurance Co. in Frederick MD and got your information from our Activities committee. I was planning on attending the Thunder Bird tour, but when I went onto your website and saw that you were going to see the Blue Angels, I decided to attend that instead. I purchased 3 tickets for the bus ride and the cruise on the Harbor Queen for myself, my Mom and my Husband, took of that day and made a day out of it. This was the first time I had used your company and I just have to say, I went back into work the next day and HIGHLY recommended your company.
AJ our bus driver was very professional and a very good driver. Tom our Tour guide was very nice and informative. There were some things that had changed in Annapolis that he wasn't aware of, but that was no big deal to us. He advised us the best time when to be in line to assure us top seats on the Harbor Queen and we got them and just where we wanted them too. We didn't think about sunscreen, but he was kind enough to share some of his that he bought. That was very nice of him. Although we all got a little burnt, I can't imagine what I would have looked like if I wouldn't have had some sunscreen on...lol. Lobster doesn't even begin to describe it....
The bus was comfortable which is very important because all of us have back problems, Plus it's really hard for me to get my husband to go on a bus trip since the one and only one I ever got him on was a not so good experience. If this would have been his first experience, we would have been on many more trips I'm sure. Our next trip we will plan with your company will probably be 101016PD ~ Potomac Eagle ~ Saturday, October 16, 2010 as part of our 15 year Wedding Anniversary and of course we'll bring Mom too.
Anyway, I've rambled on, but I just wanted to tell you that we had an awesome time and to keep doing what you are doing!

I have used Kewl for four years for a two day shopping trip to Dresden, Ohio. They have accomodated our every need. Their buses are clean, drivers are courteous and very professional. In addition, many of my guests have told me that they have ridden with other charter bus companies but have never felt as confident about their safety while traveling as they do with Kewl. Kewl tours took our family to Mississippi. They were such an easy company to work with. They were always available by phone or e-mail contact. Their deposit requirement was extremely reasonable. The bus driver was an outstanding driver, a nice family man and helpful. He thought of things we did not and was knowledgeable regarding rest stops, etc. I would use Kewl Tours again and recommend them to my friends.
