Membership in Kewl Travelers Club includes:

$25 credit towards any trip when signing up to become a member.

$25 credit for referrals of new members and groups chartering a coach.

For every trip that you sign up for thoughout the year, get 5% off each one.

Every trip that you sign up for 120 days in advance WITH a fully paid reservation, get 10% off.

Bring a friend - for every NEW traveler you bring with you, get 10% off of your price. Offer good up to 6 people.

Travel for FREE: Groups of 10 or more you go FREE (non-member 16 or more then they receive a FREE seat). Great for Friend, Family, Work or Fellowship outings.

Trip protection up to 14 days prior to departure, except ticketed events*. (*insurance is recommended for ticketed events.)

No deposit is required for signup on our tours BUT we do require Deposit or Full Payment 7 days after signup.

Terms & Conditions

Credits cannot be combined with any other offer, has no cash value and can only use 1 credit at a time. 3% membership discount cannot be combined with any other offer. Groups of 10 or more passenger cannot cancel but can replace a passenger. Reserved seating on a Kewl Tours is you pick the seat that you want to reserve the Front row of seats cannot be reserved due to Handy Cap requests. Trip protection only covers transportation cost only, if event tickets, meals or any other additions to a Kewl Tour are not refundable do to refund policies from vendors. No worries Trip Cancellation plan can be purchased to protect your investment can will give you Trip Protection up to 48 hours to departure. Trip Insurance can be purchased to cover any medical expenses.

All tours are subject to prior sale. If tour is sold out, you will be notified and afforded the option of being placed on the "Stand-By" list for that tour. If a room becomes available, you will be immediately assigned that room and/or those seats on the tour. Cancellation conditions apply.
