CANCELLATION WAIVER SCHEDULE OF COVEAGE:
(1 Day Tours, Under $100 = $8.00, Over $100 = $17.00
Payment of a Per Person Waiver Fee guarantees a full refund of all payments (including deposit), except the Waiver Fee itself, made to Kewl Tours for travel arrangements in case of cancellation of your travel plans for any reason UP TO 7 days prior to departure*, for any trip planned and executed by Kewl Tours.* (Tours and cruises from third party vendors are covered by plans offered through them or insurance.)
*ACTUAL COST OF ALL TICKETED SHOWS AND CONCERTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR TICKETS! (If you purchase the cancellation waiver, other costs associated with any ticketed shows will be reimbursed but actual ticket costs are not. You are still responsible for cost of ticketed show unless we can resell the tickets. Your name will go on a list to resell and we will try our best to resell the ticket(s).
*Payment of the Cancellation Waiver Fee (if chosen) must be received by Kewl Tours with your original payment. The Waiver is non-transferable and non-refundable. It is valid for each applicant only. Only the actual non-ticket cost for theatre and concert trips (Broadway and others that are not refundable to Kewl Tours) are included in this plan.
RECOMMENDED: TRAVEL GUARD TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance is available and must be purchased within 7 days of trip sign up. We highly recommend the insurance be purchased for coverage other than pre-trip cancellation. The coverage may include: if a passenger has to return home early due to personal illness, illness or death of a member of the immediate family, (physician’s statement required), medical evacuation or additional expenses associated with a medical emergency and more.
NON/WAIVER and NON/INSURANCE REFUND POLICY
A cancellation notice must be received 45 or more days prior to departure date for single day tours, 60 or more days for multi-day tours, in order to receive a REFUND. A refund will be issued less a $10 processing fee per seat if cancellation is received less than 45 days from the date of departure. Ticketed events ARE NOT refunded but can be resold. If we cannot resell, refund will be based on transportation costs refunded and not ticketed event. (We have to purchase our tickets in advance, if we cannot resell, we lose the money!)
Transferred tours are charged a $10 processing fee to transfer to another date or tour.
NOTE: If Kewl Tours CANCELS a trip, all monies paid can be refunded, transferred or credited to an individual’s account. There are no fees to transfer.
