Day 1- Today we will begin our journey to Asheville, NC. We will make stops on the way for breakfast, and lunch on your own. We will arrive in Asheville and check in to our hotel the Doubletree known for their fresh warm chocolate chip cookies and freshen up before we head out to enjoy southern barbecue and live entertainment at Ed Boudreaux’s Bayou Bar-B-Que.
Day 2- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before we depart for “All Day Biltmore” We will begin with a tour of the Biltmore House on your own and time to explore the shops. We then will take a rooftop tour which includes a guided 60 minute tour that showcases unrestored areas of the house-including the attic-and provides stunning views of the estate from balconies and rooftops. See rooms closed to the general public and learn secrets about the house. You then will have some free time to browse the shops by the house. Lunch will be at the Deerpark Restaurant and buffet style. After lunch we will have a guide board our bus and we will have a “Legacy of the Land Tour” which is a 90-minute narrated tour on our bus where you will learn about the history of the land, structures, and former residents. Also visit areas not usually open to guests. We then will go on a guided garden walk. We will stop off at the winery where you can tour it at your own pace . You will have a chance to sample the wines. You will have time to browse the shops at the winery. We then will be heading to Frankie Bones for a scrumptious meal.
Day 3- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before we depart for a day with history of Asheville. Our first stop will be at the North Carolina Arboretum. There we will have a tour of the gardens. Then we will go to the Smith-McDowell House. Discover Asheville’s first mansion and oldest surviving structure, now restored as a history museum. Built by one of antebellum North Carolina’s most influential citizens, this National Register property was once the home of mayors, a Confederate Major, and friends of the Vanderbilts at nearby Biltmore Estate. Then we are off to the Moose Café. Seen on Food Network! Scrumptious down home cooking! We then will visit the Basilica of St Lawrence. Completed in 1909, the Basilica of St. Lawrence D.M. is one of Asheville's architectural treasures and spiritual anchors. Designed by Rafael Gustavino and Richard Sharpe Smith, renowned architects on the Biltmore House, this Catholic church has the largest freestanding elliptical dome in the country. We then will stop at the hotel to freshen up. Then we are off to Maggie Valley. We will stop at Wheels Through Times Museum. Enjoy looking at vintage motorcycles and automobiles! We then will go to Carolina Night Dinner Theatre for a scrumptious meal and enjoy a great show!
Day 4- Enjoy Breakfast at the hotel before we depart for home with great memories!

WAIVER POLICY:
SCHEDULE OF COVERAGES
Trip Cancellation: Pays lost deposits and tour payments due to unforeseeable sickness, injury, or death of you, an immediate family member, traveling companion, or business partner, inclement weather conditions causing delay or cancellation of travel; your home being made uninhabitable by fire, flood or similar natural disaster, vandalism, or burglary; your being subpoenaed, required to serve on jury duty, hijacked, or quarantined; being involved in or delayed due to an automobile accident en route to departure location. Waiver fee is not refundable.
PRE-EXISTING CONDITION EXCLUSION WAIVER:
If waiver is purchased with your reservation, the Pre-Existing Condition Exclusion will be waived. This is applicable to all coverage's contained in the waiver. You must be medically able to travel when you pay your waiver fee. In the event that a claim is filed, the injury or illness must be substantiated to the Claims Department.
This waiver must be purchased no later than your final trip payment date.
PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITION EXCLUSION APPLICABLE TO ALL COVERAGES:
This waiver will not pay for loss or expense incurred as the result of injury, sickness, or other condition of you, a traveling companion, or immediate family member of you or your traveling companion which manifests itself during the 60-days immediately preceding and including your coverage effective date, unless the condition is controlled through the taking of prescription drugs or medication and remains controlled throughout the 60-day period. A sickness has manifested itself when medical care, treatment, or diagnosis has been given.

All benefits provided are non-insurance services, not insurance benefits. When waiver is not purchased, any costs associated with, and purchase price of the tour, are the responsibility of the traveling party.
Non-Waiver Refund Policy:
A cancellation notice must be received 45 or more days prior to departure date for single day tours, in order to receive a refund. A refund will be issued less $10 processing fee per seat if cancellation is received 45 or more days from the date of departure per seat cancellation; from 45 days to day of departure, refund less $10.00 per seat fee can only be issued if seats are resold or cancellation waiver is purchased. In order to resell seats, trip must be sold out. NO SHOW on the day of departure mean NO REFUND! All monies due on day of departure will be charged to customer's account. No refunds are made for tickets to Broadway plays, sporting events, or other special entertainment – events for which admission Kewl must purchase tickets. Waiver Fee is non-refundable.
